Sean’s tenure with Smollan began in 2002, where he brought with him experience gained in FMCG, e-commerce and financial services. Sean has a deep-seated interest in people and their development, and is passionate about delivering growth through operational delivery and developing services solutions.
Sean is further responsible for managing and representing Smollan in two key strategic Joint ventures; with WPP in Australia and China, and DKSH in North and South-East Asia.

Andy joined Crossmark in April 2007 to head up a specialist subsidiary delivering high volume merchandising to clients in the grocery, home entertainment and consumer electronics sectors. He successfully built and led the subsidiary through a period of profitable growth, until it was consolidated into the main Crossmark business (Crossmark Australia was recently acquired by DKSH Smollan).
Andy was then appointed to the newly-created role of Crossmark’s Director Field Operations in March 2011, to improve productivity and quality for clients while reducing costs and gaining efficiencies throughout the company’s field operations. Kirk successfully restructured Crossmark’s in-field coverage and was appointed a member of Crossmark’s executive team in 2011.
Prior to Crossmark, Andy held leadership roles in the UK delivering retail strategy and field marketing initiatives for blue chip brands across the organised grocery channel.

Prior to joining DKSH Smollan, Caroline worked for the Fonterra Co-Operative Group. Her last role at Fonterra was General Manager for Global Consumer Digital, eCommerce and Marketing Capability. Caroline has extensive experience in revenue growth strategy and execution, brand/sales activation, capability development and contract negotiations with a passion for developing her people and cultivating long term internal and external partnerships to drive success.

Jade Feinberg is the Regional Project Manager whilst leading the Marketing, Communications and Sustainability operations through Asia Pacific. Mohan has over a decade of experience in Marketing, Market Intelligence and Analytics. He is passionate about driving growth for our clients and creating a positive impact for their business. Has worked across countries, clients and categories on retail, innovation, media and brand building projects. Mohan carries a growth mindset with a ‘Move mountains or Die trying’ attitude.
